Naylor Homes Ltd is one of the limited companies within our group. If you rent through this part of the business, your tenancy agreement and formal documentation will be issued in this company name.
Naylor Homes Ltd offers a mix of high quality living accommodation for families together with a small number of high end shared houses. These HMOs are deliberately low occupancy, typically providing large double bedrooms with an en suite in every room.
Each tenancy includes business grade broadband and professionally cleaned shared areas on a weekly basis. Our aim is to provide a high standard of accommodation and management at a fair and reasonable price. We do not operate short term or low quality lets. The focus is stable accommodation, normally with a minimum tenancy of six months. In certain circumstances we may consider three month tenancies on a case by case basis.

Had an absolutely fantastic tenure at Naylor Homes. Chris and Oliver were friendly, easy to get on with, and had great communication with all tenants. The newly renovated house was clean and spacious, with good white goods, high-quality internet, and bills included. Great value, flexible support, and no unnecessary high-street agency fees.

Chris and Oliver were excellent setting up my accommodation. They were responsive from first enquiry to final question, with seven-day contact which is rare compared with traditional letting agents. The house was in great condition and the weekly clean kept it that way.
A friendly and professional service. Setup was straightforward and transparent. Full deposit was returned the day after moving out, and a reference was provided for the next house.
Excellent lettings service. Rented a room for over a year with no issues. When additional fridge space was requested, a new fridge was supplied within a few days. Weekly cleaning in shared areas was a major plus.
