Although the business operates across multiple locations, our approach remains hands on. Tenants know who they are renting from and how their home will be managed. We handle communication, maintenance, and tenancy matters directly, allowing issues to be dealt with quickly and clearly.
We focus on well maintained family homes for working professionals together with a limited number of shared houses offering large en suite rooms. We do not let to students and we do not provide short term or holiday accommodation.
Tenants can expect straightforward communication, properly prepared homes at move in, responsive maintenance, and fair deposit handling at the end of the tenancy. Our aim is to provide a predictable and low stress renting experience.

We offer homes across towns in Yorkshire and Lancashire. Our properties are typically located in established, desirable areas with good road and rail connections, often both. Our current core locations include Skipton, Harrogate, Barnoldswick, and Steeton.

Chris and Oliver were excellent setting up my accommodation. They were responsive from first enquiry to final question, with seven-day contact which is rare compared with traditional letting agents. The house was in great condition and the weekly clean kept it that way.
A friendly and professional service. Setup was straightforward and transparent. Full deposit was returned the day after moving out, and a reference was provided for the next house.
Excellent lettings service. Rented a room for over a year with no issues. When additional fridge space was requested, a new fridge was supplied within a few days. Weekly cleaning in shared areas was a major plus.
